歯を支える歯周組織の炎症である歯周炎の進行度を、咬合力と歯根膜面積を加味して、今までとは異なる視点から評価する歯周炎評価アプリ「PerioPerio」。
12万症例の臨床データを基に作成されたこのアプリは、国内外の歯科医師に利用されています。
ペリオ俱楽部
平成元年当時、今の歯周病は歯槽膿漏と呼ばれており、歯がぐらぐらしてきたら抜くのが一般的な認識でした。大学にて長年の歯周病治療研究を経たのち、抜歯せずに治すための患者向け啓蒙誌「ペリオ倶楽部」を発刊し、並行して日月談話会を主管しました。

About Periodontitis Evaluation App – Perio Perio
During the evolution from primitive organisms to humans, teeth have played one of the most important roles in life: catching and chewing prey. Teeth started out as childish organs, then evolved into powerful organs like dinosaurs, and then into our current form. In addition, even though we are the same species, there is a big difference in the shape and length of our teeth between Westerners, who have eaten mainly meat, and Orientals, who have eaten mainly plants, because we use our jaws and teeth differently. In addition, there are differences in the periodontal tissues that support the teeth.
Periodontitis, the inflammation of the periodontal tissues that support the teeth, is influenced in no small part by biting force. Our periodontitis evaluation application, PerioPerio, evaluates the progression of periodontitis from a different perspective by taking into account occlusal force and periodontal ligament area, which have not been incorporated in previous evaluations.
Other Projects
As cultural activities for the local community, we plan and organize the Nichigetsu Museum and tea ceremonies (Ayame Tea Party in spring and Momiji Tea Party in autumn).
